"Clair-Obscur explores the interplay between light and shadow, and how they bring each other into existence. Getting the inspiration from classical chiaroscuro, the sense of space and depth is explored through creating a three dimensional space through a contrast of light and shadows. While a single light casts a delicate and faint light leak through a minimal build, a powerful spatial presence supported by a contemporary minimal composition which builds up the tension surrounds the viewers. The more they are absorbed into the space, the more they are enveloped in a spatial presence of its own, a feeling of something beyond the tangible.  The dynamic interplay of light and shadow heightens the experience and the wonder of the visible and the invisible."
